Thanks for answering. Yes I am using the same account (Steam is linked to Origin EA). No I do not, it is a relatively new account. I even tried my friend's steam account the problem is still there. The problem must be my computer since no one is really having this problem (Could not find it on forums). Basically ever since I bought the new computer I was not able to play via Steam (It was working fine on my previous PC using same accounts).

@MrMayhemBeast Thanks, that does sound like a potential local issue. Have you tried running a Verify Integrity on Steam?

Yes sir, I have tried:
-verifying local files
-reinstalling
-disabling the steam layout
None of these things make a difference. I really can't figure out what is it on Steam that is preventing me from getting past the loading screen.

Thanks. Can you try a full Clean Boot, in case something else is impacting Steam? Also, are the installs on different HDDs?
