If anyone else can try rolling back to driver 452.06 to see if it helps with a more stable frame rate I'd really appreciate it. Let me know how it goes when you can.
Edit: Also, if you have a chance can you try disabling low-latency mode to see if that has any effect? If you have the NVIDIA FPS counter running as well please also try disabling that.

Disabling Latency Mode has little to no effect on FPS in Apex. Frametimes are even worse after updating to the latest 35MB patch.
