@vF_fatal Try and download the software I mentioned earlier.
Run ThrottleStop, it will give you a warning, read it carefully and click on 'Ok'.
Find the option that says BD PROCHOT.
Uncheck that option.
Now try and monitor your framerate in a normal game (not the firing range)
