Apex coins missing from my account
I bought some Apex coins and it doesn't show on my account. I got the charge on my card. I've restarted the game and restarted my pc but that didn't work. Need help please.

I just brought apex coin and i didn't get it..I restarted the game and the money went out of my card. Can someone fix this so I can get my apex coin

I’m sorry to hear that your Apex Coins haven’t appeared even though the purchase was charged.
On which platform did you make the purchase?
If you were playing through Steam, please also try launching Apex Legends through the EA app.
You should also check which Wallet you’re using.
