So, i got a problem in apex legends when i walk around or fight i get stutters of 10 fps its only for 1-2 seconds but its really annyoing and it messes up my game does anyone know a fix ? My Specs ...

Ahh I see.
Lets focus on uninstalling the GPU driver cleanly as GPU driver installs may occasionally bug out.
Follow this guide to uninstalling your GPU drivers, be sure to follow the disconnect from the internet to:

@The_Tibber so uninstall and then reinstall the drivers ?
Yes, simply doing so without DDU leaves files behind that can conflict and make it buggy
