apex legends support issue
im not sure which forum this should go to but ill post this here
recently i wanted to get back into apex legends but i realized that my account had been banned for no reason at all while i didnt even play the game at all, i opened a case using the EA help website and i cant seem to get a response nor via email nor the website, whenever i try to "resume case" i get sent to the page with my ban dispute and i cant seem to get a response via email or check on the website
im not sure how to solve this or how to use live chat as it says "Resolve your active Ban/Suspension to access live help" so i cant use the live chat service so long as my ban is active
if someone had a similar thing happen to them id really appreciate the help
