Apex Legends (Switch) - Game Logic Error

My son just hit Predator level on Apex - ranking 80. The minute this happened the game has stopped him logging on to play more games. Is this just EA’s way of stopping people getting into this level???? 

There doesn’t seem to be a fix anywhere!!! Help!!!

    @BIGMAL2006 To confirm can you try restarting the game and selecting a different server to see if this message continues?

    yes he tried that, He’s also tried another switch and has the same issue. Complete shutdown and WiFi remote including rebooting router but no joy. Even cleared cache and save data but no joy. Uninstall and reinstalling apex _ no joy.


    He’s meant to be signing up for his esports team after been ranked 80 but this is now on hold because of this weird glitch, so that’s months of graft and money spent all for nothing. Sorry just a tad frustrated for him as is his gaming community.

    @BIGMAL2006 To confirm does he get an error message when trying to login, or are you seeing your router equipment rebots when starting the game on the switch?

    @EA_Illium  I am also on a Switch and I have contacted both EA support and Nintendo I went through all the things they wanted me to check and try. I have multiple people on my switch and they can log in with their Account but I can’t. I also checked if I was banned. I am not banned on Nintendo or EA. I even moved Apex from my SSD card to the switch main memory and I still get the error. The error happens on Apex side not due to the Switch. But EA refers me to Nintendo and Nintendo refers me to EA. My switch is not the problem. The problem is EA and my user. EA is blocking me from logging on even though I am not banned. Does this have anything to do with the Blood hound heirloom skin❓Because I have it and just reached 2nd skin and was working on unlocking 3rd skin.

    What happens is :
    1. Click on Apex
    2 Pick user
    3. Logos loads
    4 no pre cache info comes up
    5 ❗️ The software was closed because an error occurred. (No error code given) Then hit OK which finishes closing screen.

    It doesn’t give you the option to select a different server because the error happens before this option occurs.
