Apex legends: This account is not permitted to play online

Everytime I try to start the game on ps5 I get the error : This account is not permitted to play online. I already checked my bann status, followed every guide to fix the issue, I could find. It stil...

@Midnight9746 they gave me a link to this community tab and told me to post it here and that they were working on the issue. I Honestly don't think that it'll be resolved

    I only play on ps5.
