I have trouble getting my drop item even tho it show in twitch inventory but it doesn't show on game I've tried login both steam and origin nothing
twitch said I should contact the dev team
"The game developer of the broadcasted game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards in-game. Please contact the specific game developer directly for any questions, as Twitch Support do not have the ability to provide or issue drops. "
YUP same thing with me as well.
EA account linked claimed the drops but none showing. Has tick saying they are claimed but nothing. My account is linked to twitch so whats the problem @EA
I think it's worth saying that A LOT of people have claimed these drops, we can all provide screenshots so we KNOW we should be given the items, it seems like EA are asking you to ask them but there's really nothing to ask. we have claimed the drops, watched the streams and haven't been given the rewards, some rewards go back months now and the most recent drops for season 16 seem to be not given to anyone, we are all having the same issue and if we reach out to sort it nothing happens, someone will confirm to you that you should have the drops (something we already know) and then proceed with telling you that you will get the drops, and it never happens. I can show proof of everything but it seems to not matter as the rewards just don't go to anyone ☹️.
Ever since the new Anniversary event, I have claimed every Twitch drop but not have received any of them on game. I am not the only one I know of experiencing this unfortunately.
No update on this @ea ? I'd like to get my drops please.
I know this was an old question but I might have a solution if you're still having the issue.
I had the same problem and decided to unlink ea from my twitch then link it again, it worked. It even gave me twitch drops i was missing 2 months ago. I hope this helps!
