Apex Legends "Unable to connect; reservation timed out"

On my first 3 games on a different map or when I first get on apex, the game freezes when I have to select my legend. Then it gives me code:net. I try to get back into the game but now I see the drop...

EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN HAVING THIS ISSUE WITH APEX LEGENDS, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS AND SAY WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE ON APEX! THE MORE INFO, THE BETTER. WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO US AND NOT BIG STREAMERS TOGETHER. BE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR GAME WITH THIS ISSUE. SCREENSHOTS AND EVEN VIDEOS OF THIS HAPPENING WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED. DON'T GIVE UP ON APEX! AND SHARE WHATEVER YOU THINK MIGHT BE CAUSING THIS ISSUE. NOTHING IS A DUMB SUGGESTION.

I just started to play apex again after 3 months and i cant even join the game. It looks like this: i simply press ready and when match is found, i wait for loading screen as usual, but after that it freezes, and i cant even pick a hero until it kicks me out with massage like this (check out the files)

And yeah i checked my ban status, i am not banned...

    I just made a new acc and i can play with no problems, so it is problem with specific accounts i guess

      I can verify this as well..
      spent some money on my first account, so I do not want to lose it (as well as the time, I played in)

        To everyone having the issue:

        Please. We need to spread awareness of this game breaking bug to our community and most importantly the devs. If our voices aren't heard, then our issue will never get resolved. So post on twitter or reddit about this issue to devs. Maybe make comments on YouTube about this issue. Or even talk about this issue in Q&A's with the devs. And if you've found a workaround somehow, SPREAD THE SOLUTION EVERYWHERE YOU CAN! We can't give up on Apex. Every post you make about this issue is helping us spread awareness of this issue.
