If you're still looking for help getting into the game we've seen some players fix connectivity issues and being stuck frozen at a game menu by switching their DNS (switching to Google's recently seems to work best). Have you tried switching the DNS? We have some connection troubleshooting steps below if you haven't tried those yet.
