I sweat blood and tears grinding my way up to Platinum 1.

My friends and I queued up for one last game.

I load in, and BAM — 'server error', and I'm kicked to the main menu!

I desperately try to reconnect, it gives me ANOTHER ERROR,

and throws me straight back to the lobby!

And what is the result of your broken infrastructure?!

MINUS 100 PTS, my nerves are completely shattered,

and I get absolutely NOTHING but a penalty for YOUR server crash!

Are you kidding me?! I am penalized because YOUR game cannot stay online!
