Apex Legends unbanned Response Time?

@pewpewphilI was hacked and banned 5 weeks ago. Mine also has not been updated since Feb 3rd. I spoke with two EA Advisers; the frst one said my case was near completion and that I would recieve an email within a few hours. He lied.
The second one said there is no time frame but that he would escalate my case and add a "priority note" to it but no one will tell me what that means. So, I'm just gunna assume it doesnt mean anything yet lol
