Apex Legends using way too much CPU - Stutter + Framedrops

Changing the Resolution did nothing for me. I also moved the game from ssd to hdd. That also didn't change anything.

I also updated my Windows Updates. I am out of ideas. Guess I will have to wait for a patch.
