Even i have the same issue. The game stutter when out on Fullscreen, it stutter less on borderless setting in 1080p. (It was working fine till yesterday )
@EaSupport Some fix is needed. Its getting unplayable.
im on 8gb DDR4 and 1050Ti, iirc this game is low requirements, especially obvious or bad when in in near combat, i cant track people around at all because it feels like im having half a second lag just wobbling around, totally killing my experience with this game when i cant do anything in close combat
just now i was watching the FPS counter and it can go down to 30fps, ive got the game on a SSD, it was only down to 40fps but was still acting really slow
theres should be a setting to totally kill anything that takes power, im running it at the lowest possible settings and its doing nothing at all to the fps, having closed down any other running programs "just in case", totally handicapped ingame.
