apex legends "verify your identity" code not sending

I don't know why but when I go to play apex legends on my ps4 for the first time in months, it asks me to verify my identity. it says it send a 6 digit security code, but no matter how many times I resend it, it won't send. I have received emails from EA after logging in to check if that didn't work, but it sent them. Also I thought that maybe my email was wrong. but after trying to change it it told me it was a duplicate, so it has to be sending it to my email address. It is updated to the latest version. Why is this happening?

    Hi @Red_Sand241 To check have you looked in your Spam folder, or any created folders with rules applied to see if the emails are getting filtered out?

    yeah this doesn't work you guys are at this point not caring on how Apex Cominity is doing at all at this point it's been a year that I have been dealing with this nothing works can you just fix this issue??
