Hey, sometimes folks have an EA account that they've lost track of. The best way to check for this is to go to help.ea.com and log in using your console-specific login option (Xbox in your case).

You can then go to to see your account info: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index

If have no luck after this, you can reach out to support.

Okay so I went to help.wait.com and I saw sign into your ea account or down below it said sign into Xbox live and etc. so I put in my Xbox login like it asked then after that I clicked enter and it took my right back to sign into a ea account and now when I press login to Xbox live it goes to a cite then just sends me back to login into ea, I tried on a different device and it did the same thing
