Same, I replied to a similar thread but I'll voice it here too cause I just don't know what to do. No posted solutions or ones I tried myself given what the nature of the issue appeared to be worked. Including setting a proxy for ie via console, flushing and renewing dns ports + hard resetting router, repairing game files, clearing origin cache, uninstalling/reinstalling apex & origin, making sure registries were correct, resetting host files, making and attempting to sign in with a second account, making sure all drivers and software was up to date including origin, apex, windows 10, and graphics drivers plus anything else I may have been instructed to try by EA support. Literally. Nothing. Worked. Pretty much wasted most of my Saturday on this ☹️
If you are still having the problem I found a fix that worked for me. I used a free vpn to connect to the game which worked perfectly. I then closed the game and diconnected from the vpn and relaunched the game and it fixed the issue.
