Apex legends wont launch?
I downloaded it clicked play Screen pops up about something with cheat Then it wont launch Firewall problem?

Same problem
- reinstall origin = don´t work
- clear cache = don´t work
- "polish" language trick = don´t work
I was reinstalling Origin only for this * after 4 years (already took me 2 hours, because the OriginThinSetup is also a bugged mess)
If this * do not work on monday, Than this was your last chance EA for redemption.
this is a bug related to the software running on the CPU and not the actual setup. (Illegal Instruction errors are CPU dependent but are also cause by software errors, in other words the problem is not with YOUR hardware but the instruction set in which your hardware is being asked to compile)
The devs have overlooked something and that is why you/we are here and so the so called "fixes" below are futile.
The game as usual has not been tested as it should have been tested before release so anyone who downloads it today is actually a BETA tester for free, there is no such thing as "Free" btw. So don't bother with setup advice as it's not what's throwing this error and if your system is running fine then DO NOT update or change anything to get this game to run. This is a DEV side error and they know it.
Im having the same issue click play easy anti cheat banner pops up after a few seconds disappears and brings me back to origin..
