Apex Legends won't start

Since the Season 25 update, when I try to start Apex on my PC, the small window that appears at startup says "Initializing..." and the PC freezes. 

I tried reinstalling Apex and running it with administrator privileges, but it didn't improve, so it's likely that there's a problem with EasyAnticHeat. When I double-clicked the EasyAnticHeat setup exe file in the local files, a small window just appeared for a moment, and I couldn't confirm that it was working properly.

As a postscript, is it possible to support Japanese in the language support on the EA forum? I created this document using a translation. Thank you for your support.
