Audio crashes then ringing occurs after launching Apex

I'm on my Windows 11 laptop using my Apollo Twin X to connect my laptop to my speakers. The problem only happens when trying to use my speakers with my Apollo. This is the only game that this happens with. All drivers and software are up to date. I've reached out to Universal Audio and they were unable to solve this.

That is a relatively high-end piece of audio gear. I suspect this may be an audio format issue. Try setting a 'basic' audio format like: 44.1khz, 16-bit before starting the game. Also, make sure the correct Playback Device is selected via the audio icon at the bottom right of your Windows Taskbar. Let us know how you get on.
