Apex loading screen

Apex wont load in, says unable to complete sign in code 100. Sometimes it doesn't say anything at all. Need a fix.

    @stilts907 

    Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the error message you've been getting? When you have a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website to see if that helps. 

    If you're still running into the same error message afterwards, please try running through the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you've had a chance to try it out.

    Are you still running into this same error when you're trying to log into Apex Legends? If so, which platform are you playing on?

  • Still does it, on ps4. In lobby it wont let me ready up until i leave and come back as well. Lot of problems stopped play in season 3 because of it to find it still is glitchy.

  • @EA_Kent I haven't been able to get past the "sign in " screen for Apex since yesterday. I'm logged in to Xbox live, chatting with friends, playing other games, but apex won't work. Data Center says "downloading 0%". When I click 'A' to Sign in, it just clicks and does nothing. I have since changed my DNS, restarted xbox, modem, and even reinstalled the game. What's going on here?

    Hey @HapaKine

    Can you test something for me when you've got a chance? What happens if you try logging into Apex Legends on a different Gamertag on the same Xbox? Do you still get stuck on the loading screen?

  • Same thing. Pretty frustrating as I only have a few days left on my Xbox live subscription and had plans to play with friends yesterday and today which have now fallen through. Trying to attach a video I took but it wont allow...

    Hmm, so it doesn't sound like it's something account-specific. Does it give you the datacenter list on the title screen? If so, are you able to try selecting a different datacenter, or does it not let you even choose another one?

  • @EA_Kent I'm not able to access the list. It only says "Data Center: Downloading 0%" Could this be a UPnP issue with my modem? Thats the only other thing I can think of even though I've been using the same modem for months.

    @HapaKine

    It is odd that it would just now start acting up after you've been playing without any issues. Have you tried setting a static IP for your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? The Port Forward website has instructions on how to set one up. I'd recommend giving that a shot to see if it helps.
