apex loss progress
all of my stuff from my playstation account data is gone, my account was put back to level 1, and when i cross progressed to pc with my account all of my data was still missing its like my whole account reset, im missing my heirlooms and skins and everything its like i made a brand new account, but i didnt all my progresss is gone

This is most often due to unlinking a platform from its original EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
You would need to re-link to your original EA account to try restoring access to any missing progress.
