Apex Legends Cross Progression
I know posts like these have been made about a thousand times now, and contacting EA has not been much help due to the fact that it seems like most answers are from robots.
When cross progression released a couple years ago, I tried merging my PSN account and my PC account together (same EA account), and thought it was successful, however, I noticed that items from my PSN account (like trackers, heirlooms, and currencies) did not transfer to my PC account. Most of what I saw online said that the issue would be resolved soon and players would have their items back eventually, so I left it alone for the time being.
Fast forward to now, I returned to the game and noticed that I still have not received a single thing from my PSN account, and I feel like I'm talking in circles when it comes to support. If anyone has any advice or solutions to offer, I would highly appreciate it. I would also like to know if there is a way to get in direct contact with a real person or someone working with EA that can help me on the forums, because I am not sure as this is my first time using the forums.
