Apex lost skin and the worst experience with technical service
I am very disappointed with you guys, you have been making me dizzy for a month.
I have lost an apex legends for PC skin, I have contacted by mail, I have spoken for a month with many technicians by mail who did nothing but laugh at me and repeat the same thing over and over again, I even decided to collect some of them (Rajni, Garima Singh, Abhishek, Priya, Mariyam, Nawin, Karan, Ashish, Heena, Minaxi, Katherine, Marcelo, Ritwik, Lakhan).
I was sent to chat support, which was unable to check the game purchases and have now been sent here.
PLEASE I just want you to check that I bought that skin and return it to me if I did.
