Apex matchmaking really slow

Hi, I recently moved from PS4 to Xbox series x, made a new account and got playing apex, all was fine for the first day now the matchmaking is taking forever! It’s literally like a 20 minute wait… I ...

    Hey @nbanks02, Can you try the following to see if this continues?

    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

@nbanks02 Bro I found the problem, its not servers, its not dns. You Just have to do is make a new new account for xbox that is not previously linked with any microsoft account. And boom that will work. Let me know if this works for you. There may be some problem with multiple platform with same email.
