Error code CE-108255-1 when I launch the game on PS5

I have called SONY, tried deleting and reinstalling, restore license, cleared cache and rebuilt the data base. None of it worked. I was told by SONY that this was the seond case about this that they had today. Please fix.

  • IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!? I can literally play on my other account. I called PS and they did nothing. Let me know if you find out abytbing

  • Update: I did what Baaigemse-Beer suggested and was able to get into the game. I copy and pasted it: 

    1. "go to saved data and game/app settings
    2. Under Saved data ps5 select upload of delete from console storage
    3. Select apex legends
    4. Delete
    5. Play"

    Bro thank you I was about to reset my ps5 

  • Same here bro I talked to Sony I even reset my ps5 entirely and none of it worked the ps4  version works for me

  • Same things happening with me and same code and they said the same thing to me so can someone please help us I wanna play my game that I already put a lot of money into
