Apex not launching after season 6 update

Hi @PumPumBusta. 

Were you able to try repairing Easy Anti-Cheat? Are you still having any trouble with Apex Legends not starting up?

I have the same problem.

Apex was working perfect up to yesterday.

It doesn't go past the Easy Anti Cheat Banner and takes me back to Origin to select play game.

I have tried :

- Reinstalling Origin and Apex

- Replaced Direct X files in windows

- Updated Windows and cleaned my PC with malware and and software

- Changed the Language

- repaired Apex and verified my account

- Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat

- turned off windows firewall 

- gave access to Apex and Origin and Easy AC

- I have tried a lot of things a came across on the Internet 

I am no computer genius , so with that said I have no idea what the problem can be and I am out of Ideas. 

I don't understand that the game was perfect and now it doesn't launch.

Can you please help me. I have n competition coming up tomorrow and I won't be able to join if I cant get this sorted.

Hey @TCC_SilkySwine_, 

If you haven't already can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on your PC that might be causing the crashes to happen that might help to get around it. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. 

Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to try it out.
