Apex not responding

Question

Every time I launch the game it is a black/white screen (depending on if "setting.nowindowborder" is set to 0 or 1) and is not responding even if I don't press anything.

GPU: RTX 3080
Operating system: Windows 11
Platform: PC (Steam)

Things I've tried:
Repairing the game
Restarting computer
Removing launch options
Updating windows
Updating drivers
Closing background programs
Changing videoconfig in saved games/respawn/apex/local
Compatibility mode
Run as administrator
Allow anticheat and apex through firewall

Not sure what else I am able to try so any suggestions are appreciated.

Try these steps, thanks.

Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

None of these seem to work, I still only get a not responding blank white window.
