Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We'll go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Hello, so my game was working randomly the day after i posted this question and now I'm having the same problems again. I tried what you said it it still didn't work. It was also working earlier but it did it again. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't.

Thanks for the update. I'd like you to load into the network settings screen on your console and let me know what it says for the NAT type. Also, you could try using alternate DNS settings with these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

It says it's on NAT type 2 and my dns server already is the google one
