Apex not working properly

For some reason apex won't let me play with my friends. First of all when I go into a lobby with my friends I always tet left behind in the lobby while their already in a match. It only says party me...

Dear Support!

I have the preprocessing bug, and it is so frustrating. I do not want to exit from my party into the Press button screen after every single match. This bug showed itself in season 12 and it is still here. I hoped the season 13 update will solve this problem, but sadly no. I wrote 2 times to the help.ea.com, and they give me nothing useful. Can you help me?

Take a look at the network settings screen on your PS4. Does it say your NAT type is 3? If so, this means the NAT is strict. You need to log into your router and set it to open or moderate. Your NAT should then change to Type 1 or Type 2.
