Apex not working ps5

i recently bought a ps5 and transfered all my data to my external drive and I tried to play apex but it is bugged out beyond recognition. at the main screen there is no name or anything at all above my legend and it says that I am offline as well as when I queue it says party is not ready. I've tried to reach out to ea directly but they are worthless. i have 600 hours on apex and would not like to lose all of my progress. any tips are appreciated.
