I just tried with another game on Origin and it didn't happen as well. My Windows account is Administrator.
Sounds like it's definitely related to Apex or the anti-cheat.
I tried to report this in the report bugs forum but it requires data from in-game and this happen before even getting into it. Not sure if the devs or someone else from EA will take a look at this here.
Yea, i do have all of them.
I did some research and it appears to be related to Source Engine games. Found some threads talking about the issue, such as:

But none of the tips above seem to fix the problem on my system.
