Fortunately, items are added to your account immediately when you press the button to start opening them, even if you don't get to see the animation play out. If that animation is interrupted however, that can cause the notifications from appearing - the items themselves are still added correctly.
We aren't able to provide a list here on the forums, but you have received the items - you would just need to check through each legend/weapon category to see which new items are available, whether skins, quotes, banners, poses, finishers, etc. You can contact support directly and they may be able to specify in more detail what came from the packs.
