Apex pack heirloom count

If I were to buy out the anniversary collection and receive the 150 heirloom shards, would that reset my 500 pack count, or are they counted separately?

@114Private69 Events run separate from your pack count, If you get everything from the event then get the heirloom reward you will still have your pack count. (minus any if you get packs through the current battle pass if you level up while playing during the event)

@EA_Illium But in fact, our participation in the anniversary activities led to the reset of the minimum guarantee, which not only represents myself, but also most players have this problem. I hope you can pay attention to it and solve it

@tincailin Exactly! I have had 400+ packs opened and after purchasing shards through 2nd anniversary event I wanted to buy 140 packs to get another heirloom, which ended up me getting nothing. So which means it did reset my pack count.
