Apex Packs Disappeared
Hey, Im a lvl 24 Wraith main, and I was saving packs. Already went through EA live support and was told there was nothing I (or they) could do.
I play PS4, my name is VeryTrueMondSly, and I had logged in, played about 3 or 4 matches, then decided not to wait to open my 10+ packs I was saving (because it feels more worth it,) but when I got out of a match, I noticed they were gone- the pop up wasnt there, so I navigated to the store menu and it said "0 Packs Remaining." I couldnt believe all the time Ive invested, and it helped me reconnect with my family who lives across the country- but now I dont know if I want to play anymore because of this.
All the rewards, gone, and I wasnt able to get through support with anything. No bonus or a free skin or anything. Hours of leveling up and being a voice saying "the game is still good" while everyone is like "oh its broken, its wack, nobody plays anymore, etc" wasted. I dont want to go to Fortnite, I dont want to pay for an online subscription I barely use, but is there no way to fix this? Can anyone help? Why did this happen? Has anyone else had this experience?
@VeryTrueMondSly Hi! I can see a bunch of packs opened in a short period recently, and it looks like the items on your account match up with with the number of boxes you would have earned by now.
I don't know your situation, but perhaps a friend or family member opened the boxes when you weren't looking?
I'll chase on my end to see if there's any way the packs could have been automatically opened, but it sounds unlikely.
In any case, if you check your inventory you should have some new items, as well as some crafting materials.
