Apex "please reset your password"

I loaded up apex on steam and it asked me to "register", i had already made an ea account for steam (which is the one I'm using to post this complaint) so i press on register and it comes up with "please reset your password" so i do and i go back on to apex and im greeted with the same "please reset your password" message. im now in a infinite loop of this same message and have tried to get out of it please help cause ea is a joke

    @Moisvibin Hey, it sounds like there's some sort of mixup and that your Steam is probably linked with another EA Account. Do you have any alternative ones you can log into?

    If so, you can then check this page for any linked Steam account: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

    You can also try the Steam login option at help.ea.com, it should hopefully bring you to the correct EA account.
