Community ManagerIt sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @corgjones. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

bro i am so sorry but like, im literally so mad right now i literally did all the steps u told us to do but when i get to the thing to recreate the password i dont get the email like i never received anything ive been trying to connect for 4 hours and i couldnt, i tried to make a new account but i cant even connect it with my ps4 so what schould i do ?????
