Apex lost heirloom

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.

It looks like that may be what's going on here as well, as you've mentioned playing back in 2019, however the EA account you're currently posting with was not created at that point, and has only very recently launched Apex Legends on any platform. It doesn't look as though this current EA account has ever launched Apex on PlayStation, so we'd need to track down whichever original EA account was used in order to access the cosmetics and heirloom you've mentioned going missing.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked to whichever EA account was used at the time. 

thanks for the reply. i can assure you this is the correct ea account as it is linked to the exact same psn account i used on console. i believe there was a bug with my ea account as it says my account was created in 2023 even though i played apex on psn upon release.

i have also contacted support many times only getting the same copy and paste answers that do not apply to my situation

i am sure the right playstation account that i have the heirloom on is linked to the same ea account i am trying to use on pc

i can prove that i have been playing since 2019 on this same account with screenshots of trophies on playstation also

This is not a bug with the account itself; this specific EA account was simply not created until the date you've mentioned. 

I fully understand you had been playing on this PlayStation account prior to that, however it was not linked to this EA account at the time. This EA account has never launched Apex Legends on PlayStation.

That means there is another EA account out there with the progress from when you had initially played, and you'd need to link your platforms there or log into that one on PC instead. I'd try logging into the EA app or website with any other emails that may have been used in the past to try and locate an earlier account.

If there's an older email you're no longer able to access, our support would be able to help try to verify and update that account information, rather than checking this one again for progress that does not exist here.

then how was i playung apex on playstation in 2019 if i had no ea account ? as you know w playstation account can only be linked to one ea account in its lifetime so how  can it be that i played apex in 2019 on playstation and this very same playstation account is linked to a new account?

You were not playing without an EA account, you're making exactly the point in this case actually.

This is inaccurate and may be what's causing some confusion. You could only have one PlayStation account attached to an EA account (not the other way around), but it's always been possible to unlink that and link it to a different EA account, provided that new EA account had never been linked to a PlayStation account before. Here are the current guidelines, which have relaxed that restriction a bit more.

What has happened here is that your PlayStation was linked to one EA account when you were originally playing back in 2019, however it was later linked to this EA account instead - which was created in 2023, from what you mentioned. This EA account never had a different PlayStation account linked before the one connected now, which is why that was possible at the time.

Since you were playing Apex on PlayStation in 2019, you're absolutely right that you were connected to an EA account - it just wasn't this one. If that's the same PlayStation account, that means it was was unlinked from one EA account and linked to this one instead once this account was created. 

ok so does what does that mean? i dont remember the email that i used when starting apex legends and ea online chatroom support also cannot find it for me how can i find this email?

if i make a new ea account and link it to playstation is it possible to fix?
