Game crashing and restarting PC, anyone else with that issue? I dont think its overheating

What happens if we have tried everything and more? I've gone as far as completely reinstalling Windows and it still crashes my pc force restarting without an error as soon as it gets to the main menu. (have i press my mouse to click to continue and it gets through the black loading screen)
