I think that they'll release any relevant information once they can.

The community has always wanted this feature, so I'm sure that they'd release any kind information if they're able to.

If they say things they can't live up to, well, it could cause some community backlash.

Though I'd assume that once they release a statement, it'll gain a lot of traction and everyone will know in no time.

“I don’t have a definitive date, but it’s definitely coming.”
