Apex Season 24 Ranked Reset Bug

My account was reset from Platinum 4 to Bronze 4. The docs say it should reset 6 divisions, so Platinum 4 to Silver 2 if I did my math right.

Haven't seen anyone else talking about this bug. What is going on?
