Hey @SchiKro
Could you maybe attach a Dxdiag file to your post.
This way we have a little bit more information about your system.
@Zeelmaekers Already done , please check the initial post.
Hey @SchiKro
Whoops, i see. Looked over it.
Alright, I got some troubleshooting steps for you.
Clean Driver install.
Download DDU (Display driver uninstaller),
Run it and Have it remove all NVIDIA Software / Drivers.
If you previously Owned an AMD, have it remove those as well.
Download the Driver Package.
Install drivers using Custom.
Uncheck the services you do not use.
Check the Clean Install box.
Disable Fullscreen Optimization
Locate the R5Apex.exe file.
Most of the time located here: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex)
Right click this file and select properties.
Go to Compatibility and check Disable Full screen Optimizations.
If you could try these steps for me and let me know if that changes anything.
@Zeelmaekers Thanks for your time.
Thank you both for your suggestions , there has been an update of about 800mb about an hour ago and seems the problem to be fixed. If this problem come up tomorrow again, i will follow Zeelmaekers steps and let you know.
Yesterday everything worked normaly and i got a chance to log in once today. I now cannot "start" the game again , as i mentioned in first place.
@Zeelmaekers I tried your steps today, as you mentioned and nothing happened, thank you anyway.
@EA_Atic Please do something about it asap, i am unhappy with the situation. A 0.8gb patch seemed to have fixed the problem yesterday , but it obviously didn't, and i don't think it is my pc's fault whatsoever.
I am losing all the exp , sr and daily challenges, i could get and accomplish, having this problem since last Saturday (5 days now).
Hey @SchiKro
Thanks for updating us.
Do you have this problem in other games ?
You have a lot of bad_module_info crashes.
Could you make sure all drivers are up-to-date.
And have the latest BIOS on your system.
A handy tool to see if all drivers are up-to-date is easy driver
If you have a spare GPU laying around, could you try that GPU and see if that changes anything?
