Exactly the same problem here. i5-8300H and GTX 1050 Ti Mobile. I've made a bug report about that issue and contacted Apex Devs via Twitter. You can check it out here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Random-stuttering-freezing-since-27th-May-increased-CPU-usage/m-p/9190247#M35008 and mark it with "I had this issue". I've also listed how I tried to resolve that issue, sadly they didn't help.
