Apex Starter pack and Founders pack content removed

All banners, skins and badges from both founders pack and starter pack no longer show up

Tried restarting the Xbox and reinstalling the content and no change

    Hi @FAUX9319. 

    Unfortunately we don't have a way to look into missing content here on Answers HQ. When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
