Apex "unbanned" but still get a ban screen??

Hey i have been trying to play apex for ages ,i think i got false banned but then i appealed for it getting unbanned but whenever i try go into the lobby i get sent back with a screen saying "clients game account has been banned". so i reached out to the support team and they told me to delete the game and download it as it has happened to other player but i tried 3 times and nothing seems to work, has anyone got any way to fix it? Customer support didn't really help but they were a good try and were really good but nothing they say to do works
