Apex update download going back

Hi i'd like to ask whats the problem on my update.. Ive trie to download the 28gb update cause i recently just reinstall the game. I've downloaded about 21gb already but when i resume tge download it went back to 12gb download. I tried once again but when it hit 15gb on the second time it stop receiving network and just stop downloading so i had to pause the update and resume it. Then again it went back to 12gb. Please help me qith this problem.
