I had the exact problem too, its annoying cos i want to play apex so badly.
For me it says verifiying game files, and withn 10-15 seconds it says unexpected error and please try again in a few moments. Pls help me someone, ive tried many ways by reinstalling orgin, using a dofferent account , changing the download location, etc
