Apex won´t start, r5apex.exe problem

Hello,

sadly 3 days ago my power Supply broke and took down my SSD, so i had to set windows up new.

After i did everything, i continued with origin and apex.

I already had at the beginning major issues with origin, i got the error message, that some dll aren't working right, the msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll, and later the igoproxy.exe. After a while i got them cleared, with reinstalling visual c++ 2017.

After i installed origin and downloaded apex for about 2 hours, there was another error message, it said the r5apex.exe has an application error 0xc00007b.

After i somehow removed that too, apex is still not starting, just that there is no error message anymore.

At the time i had all these error messages, i spend hours in forums like this and tried almost every solution, that helped others... but nothing worked on me.

Does anybody has similar experience or a new and final way to get Apex to run?

It ran before on my pc...

my system:

win 10 pro 64-bit

AMD-fx 8350

32GB 

Nvidia GTX 960

All drivers are up to date

visual c++ got every possible version by now

apex got removed and new downloaded multiple times

run r5apex.exe and the anticheat in admin mod

I´m pretty desperate right now...
