I was able to fix this problem by downloading the steam version and using it instead

@KLYPii yeah same here. it also happens on the steam version for me its very fustrating. i have contacted the support twice already and they say to flush dns and ''repair'' the game. none have worked so far

Wow at least I know i'm not the only one. This issue never happened pre-Season 8, for me at least. I'm assuming its a bug because it doesn't even allow you to get in which sucks because I wanna play the game so bad lol.
